What we don’t do
A short, boring list that saves you a trip. We would rather lose the job here than argue about it with the bike already in pieces.
- 01Assembling bikes bought online with no invoice. If it arrives broken from the factory, that is the seller's problem and we do not want to be in the middle of it.
- 02Touching out-of-warranty e-bike motors without the official part. We could bodge it; the one left stranded on the road is you.
- 03Selling a €95 service to a bike worth €120. We say so at the door, and saying so costs nothing.
Book a slot
Tell us what is wrong with the bike in your own words. “It makes a noise when I pedal hard” is more use to us than a diagnosis copied off a forum.
