The offer

The first piece of work is free. Genuinely free.

I am building up a set of American clients, so I do one useful thing for you at no cost and no obligation. If you like it, we talk about the rest. If you don't, you keep it anyway and we never speak again. What "one useful thing" means depends on what you do:

• Restaurants & cafés

  A menu page that actually reads on a phone: no pinching, no zooming, no PDF that takes ten seconds to open. Prices you can change yourself in a minute.

• Dentists, clinics, vets

  A booking page. Patient picks a time, you get an email and a text. No more voicemail tag with people who then book somewhere else.

• Plumbers, electricians, contractors

  A job-request form that reaches your phone while you're still under someone's sink, with photos, address and the job attached.

• Salons, gyms, studios

  A one-page site with your prices, your hours and a "book now" that works. Those are the three things people search for and usually cannot find.

• Shops & services

  Whatever the boring repetitive part of your week is. Quotes, reminders, follow-ups, the same email you retype forty times a month. I automate one of them.

• Not sure which?

  Reply and describe your Tuesday. I'll tell you honestly which of those would save you the most, and if the answer is "nothing", I'll say that too.

  A full café site: motion, 3D, a menu that reads beautifully on a phone. It is written in Spanish because the café is in Seville; yours would read in English. Built as my flagship template, so a real café can have it in days rather than months.

How it goes

Three steps, and you can stop after any of them.

1. You reply with a sentence

   What your business is and what annoys you most about how customers reach you right now. That's the whole brief.

2. I build the free thing

   Usually two to four days. I send you a link. You look at it on your phone, in your own hand, before any money is mentioned.

3. You decide

   Keep it and we talk about the rest, or keep it and walk away. Either is fine. I am after a portfolio of American work and honest reviews, and both of those need you to actually like it.
