What it is
Cold outreach rarely falls apart on the letters. It falls apart on the bookkeeping: within two weeks nobody knows who has already been written to, who replied, and what to say to those who wrote back. Without a board the work turns into an inbox where everything drowns.
The board brings the pipeline onto one screen: a hundred-odd addressees, the stage each is at, who replied, what each letter cost, and a map of the district to see where the work is going. The rule inside every letter is the same as the outreach agent’s: the hook is a measurement of their site, not an opinion about it. A compliment costs nothing and reads exactly like that.
Specifications: Node.js for the console, n8n for the pipeline, measurements of other people’s sites taken by a headless browser. No screenshots: the screens hold other companies’ contact details.
