FORGE — an atlas of sport
An atlas of sport: 68 disciplines, interactive anatomy in 2D and 3D, hundreds of exercises, programmes and a workout player — all of it works with the network off.

What it is
A training reference that answers the question “what exactly do I do today, and how is it done properly”. 68 disciplines, hundreds of exercises with breakdowns, ready-made programmes, a workout player with timers, and an AI coach. The anatomy is interactive: you pick a muscle on a 2D or 3D model and the exercises follow from it.
Working offline is part of the brief here, not a convenience. There is no signal in a basement gym; an app that needs the network is useless in the one place it was installed for. So everything — exercises, models, programmes, timers — sits on the device, and a workout does not stop when the signal does.
Specifications: a web application installable as a PWA, plus an Android build — from one source tree. Storage and the whole of the work are offline by default. The hosted address is behind a password and refuses entry, which is why the showcase shows screenshots of the real application.
